Great jumper only problem I washed once and I’ve been left with white blotches,

The print was bad. Looks like it has been washed a number of times, Also had white dog hairs all over it and was damp and smelled of chemicals.

the printing is so bad. the white colour is not clearly. is the machine ***'t have enough printing oil? why the colour is so bad and ugly
