Xmas present printed shirt never arrived. 3 emails later I'm promised a refund in 14 working days after low grade Covid excuses. Perhaps restricting activities to advertising products that can actually be supplied would be best

These are being sent to my family in New Zealand for Christmas presents, so hopefully they will fit perfectly.
